Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of frequently asked questions about Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.  Here you will find answers from airport transportation to our pet policy to purchasing tickets for local parks and attractions. How much is the daily resort charge and what does it include?
The daily resort charge is $30 (plus tax) which will be charged to your room rate per room, per night and includes:

  • Premium WiFi access throughout the resort and public areas (excluding meeting space).
  • Kids Meal Deals in Harvest Bistro: Kids 12 and under eat dinner free when ordering from the Kid’s Menu and accompanied by an adult purchasing a full-priced entrée. Kids ages 4-12 enjoy a 50% discount on our breakfast buffet when accompanied by an adult purchasing a full-priced entrée or buffet. Breakfast buffet is complimentary for children under 3 years of age.
  • Two (2) bottles of water daily
  • Access to Fitness Center
  • Access to the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club practice facilities
  • Free golf club rental after 2pm
  • 10% off Spa Treatments at the Waldorf Astoria Spa
  • Unlimited access to in-room local and toll free calls

 

Is there transportation to/from the airport?
Mears Transportation offers shuttle transportation from Orlando International Airport.  Mears shuttle transportation is a shared riding service and the pricing is based on per person. Mears also provides Charter Rates including 11-Passenger Vans, 25-Person Mini Bus, Motor Coach and Limousines. Taxi services are available, as well.  To make reservations with Mears Airport Shuttle, please call 407-423-5566.

  • TAXI – Minimum $70/One Way *Prices do not include driver gratuity, however, customary gratuities can be added. Pricing does not include Meet-and-Greet fees

 

Is complimentary shuttle service provided to the outlet malls?
We do not currently provide complimentary transportation to outlet malls.  If you require transportation, our concierge will be pleased to assist in making arrangements.

 

Are pets allowed?
Pets are prohibited. We are happy to recommend kennel services located near the hotel should you require assistance.  Our hotel is ADA compliant and service animals are welcome.

 

Is smoking allowed in the rooms? On the property?
Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in guest rooms or inside the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

 

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
Yes, we offer 24-hour valet parking and self-parking options. The valet parking fee is $30 per day plus applicable taxes. Overnight guests have in/out privileges. The self-parking fee is $22 per day plus applicable taxes.

 

Do you provide transportation to the theme parks?
Yes, we do.  Enjoy our complimentary private luxury motorcoach transportation directly from Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando to the neighboring Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and the Downtown Disney® Area.

Can I ship a package to/from the hotel?  Are there fees?
With FedEx Office® parcel management service located right on site, you can count on reliable receiving, handling and tracking of your packages.  It is important to note that FedEx Office charges separate handling fees to: receive packages/parcels; to ship packages/parcels; and to deliver packages/parcels to your guest room.

 

There are also separate fees for daily package storage, should your packages/parcels arrive before you do.  Please call our FedEx Office at 407-787-0276 or email usa5585@fedex.com for information on package handling and associated fees.

 

How can I purchase Disney Tickets?
For your convenience, tickets for Walt Disney World® Theme Parks may be purchased online by clicking here.  Tickets for Disney Theme Parks and attractions may also be purchased on-site through our Concierge desk.

 

How can I purchase other Orlando-area theme park tickets?
Tickets for other Orlando-area theme parks and attractions may also be purchased on-site through our Concierge desk.

 

Do you provide pool towels?
Yes, all guests are provided fluffy towels by visiting the Towel Hut. Pool towels are for use on the pool deck only. Guests will be required to show their room key card to receive pool towels.

 

Are the pools heated?

Yes. We adjust our water temperature according to the weather so that it’s perfect year round! Enjoy cool and refreshing waters between 78°F (26°C) and 82°F (28°C) during the summer months, and stay warm with temperatures between 85°F (29°C) and 89°F (32°C) when it’s chilly outside.

 

Are there any pool restrictions I should be made aware of?
Sorry, no outside food or drinks are allowed at the pool.  Guests are welcome to bring their own pool floats or you may purchase one at the Splash Shop.

 

Are there height restrictions for the water slide?
Yes, there is a minimum height requirement of 40” to ride the slide. Guests between 40”-48” tall must wear a life jacket.

 

Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours? Applicable fees associated?
Our 24-hour fitness center, located on the ground floor adjacent to Harvest Bistro, features a variety of cardiovascular and weight training machines. Access to the fitness center is included in the daily resort charge for guests of Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.  For all other hotel guests there is a daily charge of $10 (plus applicable taxes).

 

What are your check in/check out times?
Check in time is 4pm; Check out time is 11am.

 

Do you have a lost and found? How can I report a missing item?
Yes, we do.  All abandoned personal property is reported to our Loss Prevention Department. To report a loss, please call Lost and Found at 407-597-3885 or visit www.ileftmystuff.com.

 

What is your credit card deposit policy?
A credit card is required for all reservations.  A one night deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

 

How long does it take for a Hold Authorization on my debit or credit card to be released?
Holds on a debit or credit card are typically released anywhere from one to fourteen days after the transaction date, depending on your bank’s policy.  Holds on credit card and debit cards issued by a foreign bank may last as long as 30 days.  Please contact your financial institution on their policy.
